• Setup and install the selected Ticketing System
• Setup and install the selected Marketing Database system
• Setup and installation of the specialist ticketing printers
• Training the staff on the operation of the Ticketing / Marketing system.
• Setting up and configuring the Internet Ticketing system to the venue
• We will even deal with Tickets.com on you behalf to secure the best possible deal for your venue.
• We setup a dedicated link to your system from our offices that allows us to fix problems and help your staff work through issues by working on their PC's with them, directly from our offices. You will NEVER forget the first time you see one of our technicians operate your PC remotely.

All this helps to keep your systems operating in tip top condition and helps us to respond quickly in the event of problems.

Our Managing Director, David Dalton spoke at the inaugural Tickets.com user group meeting held in the UK, on the setting up and operation of remote box office solutions. At that time the University Concert Hall in Limerick was the only venue in the World operating Databox on a wide area network. Many of the recommendations we made to Dataculture (now Tickets.com) at that time to facilitate the operation of Databox over a wide area network have been incorporated in all revisions the software since.

Boca Printer Systems

We have been supplying and repairing Boca Printers since 1999 and can recommend them as possibly the fastest and most reliable of all ticket printers. If you want the best, Boca is your only choice.
As well as supplying all of the Boca range, we can repair and rebuild damaged or under performing printers. Before you decide to send a unit to us for repair, please check the following. Please ensure that you include a sample of the tickets that you are having problems with it you want to send a printer to us.

Please note that a minimum charge of €175 inc vat applies to all printers received. This includes the cost of returning the printer to you after repair or assessment.
